1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be completely happy with Read to Unlock. If you made a purchase directly on our website and the money-back option was presented to you during checkout, you can get a full refund — no questions asked — as long as you contact us within 30 days of your initial purchase and before the end of your current subscription period.
Just email us at support@readtounlock.com with the email address you used to sign up. We'll process your refund within 5 business days.
2. App Store Purchases
If you purchased through the App Store, Apple handles all billing and refunds. You can request a refund directly from Apple by following these instructions. If you need any help, feel free to email us and we'll do our best to assist.
3. General Refund Rules
Outside the 30-day money-back guarantee described above, fees you have paid are generally non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable, unless otherwise stated herein or required by applicable law.
Note for EU residents
If you are an EU resident, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement without charge and without giving any reason within 14 days from the date the agreement was concluded.
The withdrawal right does not apply if the performance of the agreement has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. By starting a subscription, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the agreement and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once our servers validate your purchase and the applicable purchase is successfully delivered to you. In that case, you will not be eligible for a refund unless the digital content is defective.
